We are a well Established Heating and Plumbing Company in the South East,
we mainly work in London and Essex areas but we will cover the south east.
We
can provide you with advice on maintenance, emergency repairs
and can supply and install, to Corgi standards, a full state-of-the-art,
energy efficient system to give you and your family years of
comfort & reliability.
The design and installation of small domestic heating and plumbing
systems for the private sector and housing associations, local authorities
and private clients. Large domestic heating installations. Housing association
projects ranging from single dwellings to large housing estates and large
commercial installations. Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems.
We carry out Residential Installation & Maintenance work for numerous Builders,
Developers and Housing Associations.
Heating - our domestic department carries out over 200 installations
a year providing a wide range of heating systems including radiator, under
floor. We specialise in gas. We cover all installations, ranging in size
from the installation of additional radiators to complete heating systems.
We also specialise in system updates, including the installation of modern
control systems and condensing boilers.
Plumbing - In addition to heating installations we also carry out
plumbing works. We offer bathroom renovations, showers and cloakrooms, a
complete service in bathroom renovation, including tiling and electrical
works.

Surveys
We will carry out any survey related to plumbing or heating installations
for any reason or situation such as a safety survey or energy efficiency
survey, etc.
We offer a full landlord gas safety certificate, repairs, servicing
and reactive maintenance, all on a 24 hour basis. We fully understand
the issues associated in arranging works to be done at a property on behalf
of a third party. Any works done will initially be assessed and a report
produced. This allows the tenant and landlord to fully appreciate what needs
doing, why, and how long it will take.
We specialise in the maintenance, repair and installation of plumbing
